Doily for the season..from Ultimate doilies

christmas doily ultimate

My doily craziness continues…

This very pretty doily in white is from Ultimate Doilies by Patricia Kristofferson.

Did you notice one beaded point is missing…

…hmmm..i was playing with my new DSLR and i didn’t realize the miss until i edited the picture for the blog post.

i loved the picture and i couldn’t resist, so used it for the blog post..

This doily is 12” from point to point and made out of red heart No.10 white thread..

doily for christmas

This looks fine… right…

but i was planning a post with picture with Merry Christmas …hmmm

christmas 2013

I love Patricia Kristofferson’s intricate pattern and her beautiful detailing..

Her patterns are all well written .

A person with intermediate knowledge in crochet can easily follow the pattern.

looking forward to work on many more patterns from this book.

Thank you so much for stopping by with your lovely comments..

Until next time,

Have a nice day…nima

  8. Pretty and looking perfect from my end. Loved the added red beads.

  9. Very pretty! I love crocheting PK doilies as well and have done many, except for the fact that here in India we have to make do with thread which is readily available. Sad we do not get no.10! India does manufacture no. 10 but only for export. But it is available in Turkey......anyone going there??? I keep getting thread, thanks to friends and family. Nima, very neat work!
